Tinta is a personal assistant operated by Lumaa, Inc., used by Luis Moncer and the people he invites. It is not offered to the public.
What Tinta accesses
Only the accounts a person connects here themselves, through Google's or Slack's own consent screen: their email, calendars, files, contacts, tasks and Slack messages. Tinta reads them to do what that person asks, such as answering an email, putting an event on their calendar, or summarizing a thread.
What is stored, and where
The access tokens for connected accounts, and any passwords a person gives Tinta, are kept in the owner's Azure Key Vault, encrypted. This page can only add them; it cannot read them back. Email, files and messages are read when an errand needs them and are not copied into any other store.
What is shared
Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. To do its work, Tinta sends the text it needs to an AI model (Azure OpenAI) under the owner's own account. Google user data is used only to provide the assistant's features to the person who connected it, and not for advertising or to train models.
Text messages
What we keep: your phone number, the messages, photos and voice notes you send, and Tinta's replies. They're used only to answer you, to remember what you tell Tinta, and to send reminders you set.
Who handles them: Twilio delivers the texts; Microsoft Azure stores them and runs the model (Azure OpenAI).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Deleting: text STOP to stop messages; email luis@usenivel.com to have your data deleted. See the text messaging terms.
Asking first
Tinta asks the person before it sends, posts, deletes, buys or changes anything on their behalf.
Removing access
Revoke Tinta at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or in Slack under Settings › Apps. Ask Tinta, or its owner, to delete the stored tokens, and they are removed from the vault.
